Windows Aktivierung rückgängig machen

Hallo,
also ich habe ein Problem mit der Windows XP aktivierung und zwar...

ein Freund von mir hat mir damlas noch SP2 installiert und, weil er mit der aktivierung nicht klar kam, hat er mal kurzerhand einen Aktivierungscrack benutzt.

Das ist nämlich nach wochenlanger Recherche ans licht gekommen, was auch der Grund dafür war, dass ich keine updates ziehen konnte und keine Genuine Prüfung machen konnte!

Deshalb habe ich mal den SP3 manuell eingespielt, was auch reibungslos funktioniert hat.

Meine Frage ist jetzt, wie bekomme ich das ganze wieder rückgängig, damit ich alles nochmal "legal" aktivieren kann und die Restlichen Updates ziehen kann?

PS. das klappt schon mal nicht:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. In the left pane, locate and then click the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\WPAEvents
4. In the right pane, right-click OOBETimer, and then click Modify.
5. Change at least one digit of this value to deactivate Windows.
6. Click Start, and then click Run.
7. In the Open box, type the following command, and then click OK.

8. Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate Windows, and then click Next.
9. Click Change Product key.
10. Type the new product key in the New key boxes, and then click Update.

Hi ACE2xxx - Willkommen im Forum

Der WGA Crack der zum Einsatz kam wird sicher nicht in der Reg angesetzt haben sondern eine zwingend erforderliche Datei manipuliert haben.
Nur wundert mich dabei das diese (namentl. bekannte) Datei nicht durch's SP3 auf's original zurückgesetzt wurde..

..ist aber auch völlig egal da Du mit illegalem XP keinerlei Anspruch auf Hilfe hast.

Von daher sichere deine Daten und installiere XP neu um dies legal zu nutzen/aktivieren.

Möglicherweise hast Du Glück -je nach Art des crack's- und dir hilft 'ne Reparaturinstallation (info) von 'ner XP CD inkl. SP3 (z.B. mittels XPslipper erstellt)
