3d Anwendungen starten System neu

Hallo bin neu im Forum, habe ein großes Problem habe auch schon viel versucht bin aber mit meinem Latein am Ende,und ich hoffe das mir hier jemand helfen kann.

Habe mir neue Hardware gekauft,

Mainboard : Asus P5Q
CPU : E8400 @ 3ghz ( Kühler Thermaltake 120 big)
Grafik : Gainward HD4850 GoldenSample (Übertaktet 700Mhz Chip 1100 Ram von Werk aus)
Speicher : 2x 1GB Kingston HyperX @ 1066mhz
BIOS : Standart Settings nicht geändert

Einbau lief glatt system ist prompt hochgefahren was ja auch nicht immer der fall ist

also hab ich erstmal VistaUltimate64 drauff gemacht, alles installiert 2-3 Stunden damit verbracht alles auf Stand zubringen.
Dann wollte ich mal Zocken, ich spiele gelegentlich CounterStrike:Source oder Company of Heros (DX10)

die beiden Spiele starteten ohne Probleme doch sobald ich in eine 3D-Enigne komme bootet Vista sofort neu.

Ich hab erstmal Treiber ausgetauscht und Hardware Temp gecheckt alles im grünen Bereich (Everest Auszug folgt)
Alles ohne Erfolg, ok dacht ich mir mach ich mir wieder XP.prof 32 drauff damit gehts bestimmt.Doch auch auf XP habe ich den selben Effekt das keine 3D Anwendung funktioniert meine Graka ist im idle auf 50°C das ist total OK.
