Habe eben eine E-Mail bekommen, mit folgendem Inhalt:

In der E-Mail selbst steht:

Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das ein Critical Pack ist, die E-Mail ist nur 9kB groß. Ich finde aber nirgendwo eine Beschreibung, dass es ein Virus ist. Mit den aktuellen Definitionupdates von Norton wird die Datei auch nicht als Virus erkannt.

Jemand von Euch eine Ahnung, worum es sich handelt? Ist der Virus vielleicht so neu, dass noch keiner was weiß?

Leite es doch einfach mal an Symantec weiter!
Die sagen dir bestimmt was es ist.

.. achja mein autom. LiveUpdate von NIS hat gar kein LiveUpdate gestern gemacht obwohl neue Virendefinitionen vorhanden waren (habs LiveUpdate händisch gemacht und damit die neuen Definitionen gefunden)

ich habe diese Mail, und viele andere (pro tag ca 10 stück) mit ähnlichen wortlaut bekommen, (nachdem ich im Microsoftforum einen beitrag geschrieben habe)

ich kann Dir nur empfehlen, die mail sofort zu löschen, was es genau ist kann ich Dir leider auch nicht sagen

Dürfte ja klar sein:

- Anhang auf KEINEN FALL ausführen
- Auch die Vorschau-Funktion im Outlook kann schon unsicher sein
- Empfehlung: Mail an das Symantec-Security-Center weiterleiten und danach LÖSCHEN(dauerhaft)
